lj3 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited under Philippine law and these Terms. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

Each player is permitted one lj3 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances held across all associated accounts.

If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at lj3's sole discretion after deducting any amounts already wagered.

To access the full range of lj3 services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all lj3 accounts:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active lj3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. lj3 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lj3 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lj3 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.
3.4 KYC Verification. lj3 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
Accepted Philippine IDs: Valid government-issued IDs accepted for KYC include Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
3.5 Account Ownership. lj3 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
4.1 Deposits. lj3 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on lj3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and conversion fees may apply.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. lj3 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. lj3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players must meet all applicable wagering conditions before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, lj3 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). lj3 may delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation of any transaction flagged as potentially suspicious.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as published in lj3's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
lj3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:
Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a set number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the lj3 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on lj3 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG. Video feeds of live games are recorded and retained for dispute resolution purposes.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game, lj3 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. lj3 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to lj3 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. lj3 will investigate using available game logs and records. The decision of lj3 following investigation is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lj3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
Fraud and Chargebacks: Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against lj3 will have their account immediately suspended. lj3 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal means and to report fraudulent activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.
All content on the lj3 Platform — including but not limited to the lj3 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of lj3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of lj3 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.
lj3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the lj3 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
lj3 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for Platform operations and legal compliance.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lj3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 lj3's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 lj3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lj3 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lj3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By lj3. lj3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if lj3 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to lj3, other players, or third parties.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your lj3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Verified balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. lj3 may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

Any dispute arising between you and lj3 shall first be submitted to lj3's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
lj3 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe lj3 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
